$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr Summit Events, part of The Dinex Group - the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for Full time/Part-time Banquet Captain.
Please note, this is an hourly position which does not typically receive gratuities.
Duties:
Setup, and Breakdown of Stations Food and Beverage service Polishing silverware/glassware Steaming linen Set up of coffee stations Transporting/Delivery of food and beverage between locations Bussing dishes Buffet service Assist with event preparation, assisting with rentals set up and other equipment Assist the catering manager in leading the servers team
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for long periods of time Professional demeanor Understand and follow instructions given by management Restaurant/Banquet Experience Attention to detail Understanding SOP's of service
