Cooking experience in a professional kitchen, resort or hotel experience preferred A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Capable of performing repetitious duties. Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required.
