Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a highly motivated critical thinker passionate about pediatric cancer care and critical care medicine. This is an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role on the MSK Kids Pediatric ICU team at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK). Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals in an acute care setting, including physicians and other team members, to deliver comprehensive care to Pediatric ICU patients, addressing medical and psychosocial needs. MSK Kids leads in pediatric cancer care with a commitment to research that advances prevention, treatment, and cures for childhood cancer. Graduate from an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
A minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred
BLS, PALS
OR Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
Pediatric Acute Care NP certification required
Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
1+ years of prior clinical experience in a PICU

Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, healthcare team members, surgical, anesthesia, and medical staff to ensure seamless collaboration and optimize patient care.
Comprehensive Care : Provide thorough and holistic care to pre-surgical testing patients, addressing their medical needs and ensuring they are prepared for surgery.
Assessment Expertise : Conduct detailed history and physical assessments, gathering essential information to inform treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Hours : 13 shifts per 4 week schedule, 12 hour shifts including days, nights, weekend, and holiday rotation Location : 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY Reporting to : Associate Director, APP Pay Range : 155,500 - 197,400 per year This role is eligible for a Critical Care Allowance of 8,600 per year Other information
