Position Overview The Department of Marketing at the John Chambers College of Business and Economics, West Virginia University, in Morgantown, WV, invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Marketing. Candidates with expertise in any area of Marketing are encouraged to apply, with priority given to those specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Consumer Behavior, Sales, or Strategy.
The position will begin in fall 2026 and will be a tenure-track 9-month appointment.
Responsibilities
Teaching undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses
Serving on doctoral dissertation committees
Research and publishing in high-quality outlets
Service to the department, college, and university
Qualifications Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field by August 2026. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
