In Room Dining is available in all 540 guest rooms & suites, featuring signature gourmet dishes or hearty just-like-home selections. Ideal for early-risers who crave breakfast in bed, romantic private dinners or small in-room gatherings. What You Will Be Doing
Provide unique dining experiences to all guests with warm, personal and detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast-paced environment Ensure a positive first impression through cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents, preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt service Remember guests’ names and preferences to provide personalized service Serve food & beverages according to service standards Clear and tidy tables promptly after guests depart Perform opening/closing side duties and set tables according to standards Assist other F&B outlets during peak times Observe HACCP food safety and hygiene standards Be familiar with hotel fire & life safety procedures Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management Qualifications
Ability to focus on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times Good reading, writing and spoken English Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Detail-oriented, self-motivated and energetic Provide required State and Federal paperwork to work in Food & Beverage Additional Information
