The Restaurant Manager is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling, and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily restaurant operations to meet quality and service standards.
Overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; second language a plus.
Experience in Food & Beverage cost control.
At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant environment.
Strong motivational and leadership skills.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.
Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses or work cards.
Minimum age of 21 years.
