Postdoctoral positions are available in a highly interactive and energetic lab investigating non-canonical transcriptome regulatory mechanisms that drive virus replication, oncogenesis, and inflammatory responses in the human oncogenic virus Epstein Barr virus. The research involves a wide array of RNA and DNA sequencing methods (e.g., RNA-seq, CAGE-seq, GROSeq, eCLIP, Cut-n-run, HiC, single molecule sequencing, single cell sequencing), molecular biology assays, cell and animal manipulation, and the use of extensive publicly available, in-house developed, and new high-throughput data analysis methods. Qualifications
Candidates must have a Ph.D. and experience in: a broad range of RNA and DNA sequencing methods (e.g., RNA-seq, CAGE-seq, GROSeq, eCLIP, Cut-n-run, HiC, single molecule sequencing, single cell sequencing), molecular biology assays, cell and animal manipulation, and high-throughput data analysis techniques.
