We are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing, client-focused law firm. The team is collaborative, supportive, and values empathy, attention to detail, and strong client relationships. Attorneys meet daily with their colleagues and paralegals to review cases, align priorities, and ensure clients are receiving the highest level of service. Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish Participate in daily huddles and case reviews with paralegals and colleagues Build strong, trusting relationships with clients while offering clear and compassionate guidance Work closely with a team of paralegals, intake specialists, and client care staff to ensure matters are handled smoothly Maintain accuracy and high standards in all legal work Billable Hour Requirement: 1,500 hours/year
Qualifications
Experience with 300 or more trust-based estate plans Attorney of record on 100 or more formal administration probate cases Familiarity with charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts, ILITs, GRATs, and QPRTs LLM in Taxation or board certification strongly preferred Experience with at least 50 estate plans Attorney of record on at least 25 probate cases
