Responsibilities
Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all Company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours). Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with appropriate equipment. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
Pay and Benefits
Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25 per hour. Starting pay rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered.
