Location CO/SOCAL/OR/WA

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of the company’s products or services to small- and medium-sized accounts.

Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts through targeted outreach and effective sales strategies.

Utilize a growing understanding of company offerings and industry trends to recommend tailored solutions to clients.

Execute moderately complex sales transactions with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with senior sales personnel on more advanced opportunities as needed.

Maintain and grow a network of contacts to support business development efforts.

Meet assigned sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth within the territory or segment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within a related industry or product category.

Proven ability to apply sales techniques effectively and close deals.

Familiarity with sales channels and account management practices.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 150,000.00 - 170,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
