Outside Sales Representative - Plano, Texas Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close sales in a competitive landscape. Note: This role requires office hours in Frisco, Texas, on Mondays and as needed for training. However, the vast majority of the role\u2019s duties will be performed in the field in Plano, Texas. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in assigned territory through various means including cold calls, networking events, trade shows, and digital outreach. Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and offering ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position the company\u2019s offerings and identify growth opportunities. Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals in a timely manner while ensuring that terms align with the company\u2019s goals and profitability. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and positive. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Qualifications
Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape. A valid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel as needed. About Community Impact / Benefits
