The Opportunity Hint Inc., a leading unsweetened flavored water brand, seeks an experienced Regional Account Manager to develop our Foodservice Sales Channel in the Western U.S. This role supports Hint's sales strategy through product development, customer and wholesaler growth, and executing growth initiatives. Foodservice channels include OCS, airports, hospitals, vending, restaurants, universities, hotels, and more. The position involves working with local sales leaders, customers, brokers, distributors, and wholesalers to identify expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing customer and market strategies, managing GPOs, expanding distribution, tracking KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally. A successful candidate will have a proven sales record in the Western U.S. Food Service channel. What You Will Do Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the foodservice sector in the West Build relationships with distributors, operators, and key accounts to grow Hint's presence Identify new business opportunities to increase market share Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on product offerings and promotional strategies Manage distributor partnerships for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Conduct business reviews with key accounts to improve performance Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead Support regional sales forecasts and reporting for the Sr. Director, Foodservice Participate in trade shows and customer meetings to promote Hint Work with the sales team to achieve regional goals Requirements 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice or beverage industry Proven success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth Strong relationship-building skills with distributors and decision-makers Deep understanding of foodservice market dynamics and trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical skills to interpret sales data and strategize Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and Excel Problem-solving skills and proactive approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to travel within the West region Passion for Hint's mission and brand growth Benefits Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000, based on experience Bonus eligibility, equity, unlimited vacation after 90 days Healthcare premiums paid by the company, life insurance, car allowance or company car Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K plans, wellness reimbursements, employee discounts Seniority level
