Sales Executive

to drive new customer acquisition and business growth across the US and Canada. This role requires a proven hunter mentality, strong closing skills, and the ability to build trust with prospects by showcasing the value of Medius’ Spend Management suite of solutions. Experience in cloud SaaS eSourcing, eProcurement, Spend Management, AP Automation, or Procure-to-Pay solutions is highly desired. About Us

Drive new customer acquisition by securing monthly and quarterly contracts within a defined sales region. Qualify opportunities by identifying business challenges, asking insightful questions, and aligning needs with Medius’ offerings. Develop and deliver compelling solution proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI and business value. Demonstrate AP Automation domain expertise and provide trusted advice to prospects, leveraging subject matter experts as needed. Collaborate with ERP partners, consultancies, and integration partners to generate new business opportunities. Lead and champion the RFx bid process, working closely with Pre-Sales and Bid Management teams to create winning proposals. Identify high-level, market-driven requirements to support solution development, revenue growth, and customer retention. Qualifications

5+ years of new business sales experience in SaaS B2B/S2C/P2P, mid-market or enterprise sales. Proven track record of success in pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and closing deals. Self-starter with strong motivation to secure client meetings and continuously develop skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple opportunities and meeting deadlines. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with Manager, Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders. Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across North America, the UK, and Europe. Proficiency in Office365, Salesforce, and other collaboration or sales tools. Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to deadlines as required.
