ACERTUS is the

tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a
Client Sales Manager , you will be responsible for
growing revenue
and helping our clients utilize our tools effectively for their logistics needs. Helping franchise and large independent automotive dealers in the field by visiting them at their dealership to build a bridge between sales and customer success to build a successful partnership with ACERTUS.
You will present creative solutions to help dealers reach their business objectives, provide insights into automotive dealers regarding key business challenges, and collaborate across ACERTUS business units. Your responsibilities will include building and cultivating relationships with automotive dealers assigned to you by the sales team to help them, as stated, utilize our logistics platform easily to help them meet their needs.
You’re a self-starting, consulting, and closing crusader who knows how to win clients and keep them. You love being on the road, connecting with people, and bringing solutions to their doorsteps. You structure each day for success and each relationship with care.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : $70,000/year with an OTE of $100,000
Must be willing and able to travel 60-70%.
What You Will Be Doing
Meet dealers in the market, train them on our platform and help with questions. Work with sales team on travel and on-site connections Maximize utilization of multiple sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded Expand relationships with multiple decision makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue & minimize cancellations; Work closely with assigned dealers to provide a data-driven consultative assessment of their operational challenges and needs; own, deepen and continually build the relationship with their dealers. Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to assist dealers in making educated business decisions Advocate for assigned dealers during the implementation and onboarding of solutions Respond and route customer issues to the appropriate point of contact or business unit Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 3 years’ experience in automotive. Experience working in an automotive dealership in any capacity. Previous experience in the Logistics or Automotive field preferred Experience working in a field-based environment Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in various technologies such as CRMs and Analytic Tools Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong self-starting traits, and ability to operate effectively with little or no direct supervision. Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to make sound decisions when managing work activities.
