Stryker – Foot & Ankle Sales Representative
Position Title: Foot & Ankle Sales Representative
What You Will Do
Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals with high intensity and commitment.
Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert and manage relationships with a sophisticated audience.
Operate in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments, delivering expert advice during operating room consultations.
Maintain and manage inventory, respond to customer needs, and build credibility with surgeons through knowledge of both Stryker and competitor products.
Provide product training and advise on tools that save lives while maintaining the fastest route to impact lives.
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
3+ years of sales experience (preferred).
Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals (beneficial).
Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.
Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
Adherence to compliance and ethical principles (AdvaMed) by protecting privacy, confidentiality, and reporting non‑compliance.
Commission only: 100% commission eligible for bonuses + benefits.
