Lead and mentor a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota Recruit, hire, onboard and ramp SDRs to drive early success in the role Provide regular coaching, feedback and professional development while prioritizing an inclusive, engaged team environment Report on individual and team performance to senior leadership, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement Maintain daily activity goals and weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for stakeholders; drive adherence to the SDR Playbook and rules of engagement Partner with marketing to improve lead scoring and SDR/demand generation processes with regular, actionable feedback Collaborate with Sales training to improve prospecting skills, objection handling and product knowledge; establish training cadences to improve effectiveness Coordinate with Sales to improve AE:SDR partnerships and prospecting plans Requirements
1+ years SDR management experience with a consistent record of quota attainment 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SDR or full-cycle) Strong expertise in outbound sales through email, phone, and social selling Ability to operate at all levels and work in the trenches with your team, including cold calling and writing email copy Experience partnering with marketing and AE counterparts to plan and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns Proficiency with LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce (SFDC) Where you’ll work
This role is based in Salt Lake City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday). Fully remote work is available for up to four weeks per year as a perk. Compensation
The expected OTE range for this role is
$120,000 - $150,000 . The starting wage depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE includes base salary and commissions, which may be earned based on performance. Depending on the offer, equity and other compensation may be provided as part of the total package. Note:
