The Sales Associate role supports the store’s overall success and efficiency by upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models, delivering a personalized customer experience, and creating positive first impressions. Responsibilities
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Selling and Service expectations at all times. Understand local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers. Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, current offerings, and overall product value; communicate pricing and promotional strategy to customers. Cross-sell and upsell relevant products; tailor approach to individual customer needs. Attend to unique and individual shopping needs; work with multiple customers and follow up to influence/close sales. Utilize tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling, and promote a team selling environment. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor; remain solution-oriented and adaptable to changing business and store needs. Complete daily operational tasks including store maintenance, cash wrap support, replenishment, inventory processing, and visual merchandising to Coach standards. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; knowledge of fashion trends and competition. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Basic computer skills, POS operations, iPad/laptop usage, and ability to read price/product release sheets. Physical: Ability to move quickly, communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver on the sales floor, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds for shipments). Schedule: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic. Compensation & Benefits
