Midnight Account Manager (NJUS) at NetJets. The Midnight Account Manager is responsible for the overnight supervision of Owner Services in handling flight details and service issues for NetJets Owners, monitoring overnight flights, and ensuring successful service setup for the next day. Responsibilities
Overnight supervision of Owner Services to handle flight details and service issues. Monitor overnight flights and ensure successful service setup for the next day. Process incoming and outgoing calls and emails; perform quality checks on next-day flights and make necessary corrections. Act as Supervisor for Owner Services during overnight hours and determine flight contingencies when deviations occur. Determine monetary range of credit concessions in accordance with revenue policy to address inconveniences for Owners. Collaborate with Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance, and SOC to ensure successful execution of the next day\'s flight schedule. Greet Owner flights that utilize the CMH FBO overnight. Qualifications
