Responsibilities

Supervise and evaluate the overall operation of the assigned Cashier Cage during the shift.

Verify and safeguard funds of the Cashier Cage and perform all related functions.

Accountable for all transactions in a Cashier Cage.

Monitor, document, and advise cashiers as required.

Maintain cashier folders, uphold confidentiality of records, and evaluate cashier performance regularly.

Handle guests’ disputes, questions, and act as a source of information.

Provide courteous service and ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous money-handling experience required; proficiency with 10‑key adding machine and computers required.

Strong math and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑noise environment and lift up to 30 lbs.

Knowledge of Title 31 gaming regulations and responsible gaming policies.

Experience conducting performance reviews, coaching, and providing development guidance.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Act as a role model and present oneself as a credit to Caesars.

Must be physically able to reach, kneel, twist, and grip items at a desk area.
