About the Role As an eCommerce Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence and revenue across your assigned channels. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you\'ll drive the strategic development and optimization of sales campaigns and product initiatives. You\'ll work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies while maintaining focus on profitability metrics. Your entrepreneurial mindset and eCommerce expertise will be essential in achieving growth through innovative approaches and strong marketplace partnerships.

The Goal The goal of this role is to drive measurable revenue growth across assigned eCommerce channels by implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing PPC campaigns, and enhancing product listings. Success will be measured by contributing to the company\'s $1-1.5 million marketplace growth target over the next 18-24 months.

Responsibilities

Channel Ownership: Contribute to the growth and profitability of your assigned eCommerce channels through development and implementation of short-term marketing plans and long-term strategies.

Campaign Management: Design and implement sales campaigns tailored to your platform\'s audience, aligning with the company\'s brand identity. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

PPC Advertising Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Amazon, to drive traffic and conversions while maintaining efficient ad spend. Help manage a substantial PPC budget to maximize ROI.

Analytics and Insights: Utilize your expertise in eCommerce analytics to gather insights, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Work on enhancing the company\'s analytical capabilities to inform decisions and drive efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, production, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies, campaigns, and product launches.

Entrepreneurial Leadership: Advocate for testing and learning initiatives, develop strategic plans, and research investments in technology and service providers that can bolster the company\'s competitive advantage, analytics capabilities, and overall growth trajectory.

Product Catalog Management: Work with a large catalog (100,000+ SKUs) using Excel-based systems to ensure accurate product information and optimize listings across platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field

Proven experience (3 yrs minimum) in eCommerce channel management, with a track record of successfully expanding sales across multiple platforms

Strong understanding of online marketplaces, consumer behavior, and eCommerce trends

Experience optimizing product listings for various online platforms, Amazon 3P marketplace experience preferred

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to inform decisions

Advanced Excel proficiency, including lookup functions and data management for large datasets

Experience with PPC advertising management, particularly on Amazon (preferred)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Experience in partnership development and collaboration with external retailers is preferred

Knowledge of SEO principles and marketplace search algorithms

Proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software

Comfort with leveraging AI tools and new technologies to solve problems efficiently
