Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts. Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers. Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers. What You’ll Need

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets. Self-directed, outcome-focused; you take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results. Strong listening skills and curiosity, with a passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems, and winning business. Ability to plan and prepare for effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Willingness to travel within your assigned territory. Where You’ll Work

This role is based in Toledo, OH or Detroit, MI, offering flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment. Pay and Benefits

Ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
