We’re looking for a full-time Luxury Retail Sales Associate located in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Offer a couture-level client experience that reflects AHLEM’s brand values and aesthetics
Educate clients on AHLEM’s design philosophy, materials, and craftsmanship
Use your background in luxury accessories to style clients with eyewear that complements their personal taste
Curate personalized frame selections and lens pairings tailored to lifestyle and look
Maintain store presentation and ensure visual standards are consistently met
Build strong client relationships through proactive service and thoughtful follow-up
Exceed sales goals through authentic storytelling and elevated service
What We’re Looking For
Optical experience preferred but not mandatory
Experienced in luxury environments such as jewelry, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or eyewear
A natural storyteller who understands that selling is also about emotion and connection
Detail-oriented with a refined sense of style and presentation
Confident, articulate, and client-focused
Team-oriented with the flexibility to take on multiple roles in a boutique setting
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail
Strong product knowledge and styling expertise
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with major retail and/or CRM software
High school diploma required; additional education in fashion, design, or visual arts is a plus
