The Account Executive team is key to Brevo's growth and is responsible for selling the core Brevo product offering. The Account Executive will receive inbound opportunities, qualify these leads, and either close them using a high-velocity sales process or pass Enterprise opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executive. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell existing customers. We are seeking an exceptional individual contributor to target and acquire new customers, with a specific focus on the US and Canadian markets. You’ll report directly to the Head of North America Sales, and you’ll be a major contributor to Brevo's success in the mid-market segment. Overview

As an Account Executive, you will: Grow Brevo’s revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts Maintain a monthly sales target Add value to clients by solving their pains and delivering the best solution Qualify inbound opportunities and develop your pipe of mid-market-qualified opportunities Maintain customer relationships while sourcing upsell opportunities Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, and contribute to improving tools and processes What Will Help You Succeed

3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, ideally in SaaS B2B (MarTech is preferred) Understanding of sales processes and ability to adapt to both complex and fast-paced sales cycles Proficiency in using CRM/tech stack to accelerate pipeline management Ability to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and provide tailored solutions Willingness to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to new systems and processes Genuine interest in people and motivation to help them achieve their goals Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus At Brevo, we live by our values: "Today is Day One," "Walk in Their Shoes," and "Boots on the Ground".
