About The Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast US (Huntsville, AL / Tampa, FL / Atlanta, GA). You will engage with SMBs, demonstrate RADICL’s cybersecurity platform, build relationships, and drive sales. Prior experience in pipeline development is a plus but not required. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are positive, proactive, and excellent at communication. You enjoy teamwork but are also self-motivated. You are eager to help others succeed and want your work to have meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

Engage with SMBs to develop relationships and demonstrate our cybersecurity solutions. Deliver compelling presentations tailored to SMB cybersecurity needs. Close deals by building trust and navigating the sales process. Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to improve strategies. Provide market insights to shape offerings and strategies. Required Skills & Experience

Experience selling MDR or similar cybersecurity services. Proven success in cybersecurity sales to SMBs. Strong sales record in B2B environments. Ability to position solutions based on customer goals. Personal Attributes

Base salary: $110,000 - $125,000. Uncapped commission with accelerators. Stock options for long-term growth. Comprehensive benefits package. Work Environment
