Patco Brands is a fast-growing beverage manufacturing company in the United States. We use 100% Blue Weber Agave and a proprietary process to innovate within the ready-to-drink spirits category. Our products include private labels and brand lines, such as Rancho La Gloria Ready to Drink Margaritas, Kirkland Signature Tequila, and Dough Ball Whiskey Co. Patco products are sold in major retailers including Costco, H.E.B., Kroger’s, Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods Market. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for weekly service and retail account calls in the Los Angeles and Orange County territory, including daily work assignments, account tracking, merchandising, and building relationships with wholesalers to grow, manage, and execute distribution in a competitive retail environment. The role may include minimal weekend events focused on marketing and activation, with an emphasis on influencer-inspired marketing. Travel allowance and T&E are based on territory and quarterly performance. Salary information:

Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Annual salary range $60,000-$75,000. Key Responsibilities

Daily accounts, presentations, and servicing for all Patco products. Build Key relationships at the retail store level. Educate accounts on branding, promotions, and data to enhance distribution. Execute in-store displays and promotional programs. Support brand events, tastings, and activations in the territory. VIP daily sales activity. High distributor engagement to ensure brand alignment goals. Qualifications

2+ years of distributor management experience. Bachelor's Degree. Strong selling skills with the ability to execute fact-based solution selling. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail. Relationship management, effective communication, and understanding of process management and continuous improvement. Demonstrates leadership to influence distributor and retailer actions; customer-focused and approachable. Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm.
