Our most recognizable brand, Grown Brilliance, has quickly become the largest DTC specialist in Lab Grown Diamonds, selling engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewelry in classic and contemporary styles. Job Description: At Grown Brilliance, our Jewelry Specialists are client-focused professionals with a blend of technical expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. They guide clients in selecting the perfect piece based on preferences, budget, and occasion while building strong relationships to foster trust and repeat business. An in-depth understanding of diamonds, particularly the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat), and how they influence value is as crucial as delivering personalized service. The ideal candidate will be able to work a schedule that includes weekends and Holidays. This role is in-person at our new flagship boutique opening in SoHo. Key Responsibilities: Guide customers to purchase via in-person and virtual appointments, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer. Manage a high volume of incoming appointments to attain individual and team sales goals. Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide clients through multiple purchasing decisions, such as ring settings selections and diamond options. Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry. Use our ERP System to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally. As a brand advocate your mission is to create a transparent and value-driven approach to jewelry with 100% conflict-free lab-grown diamonds. Required Experience: A true passion for the customer means not just selling a product but making the entire experience delightful and meaningful for them Having a drive to exceed goals is a valuable trait for a diamond and jewelry specialist, especially in a competitive and sales-driven environment Passion for details and a process-oriented mindset, especially when helping customers with significant life events like engagements, weddings, or anniversaries Effective and seamless communication skills Must have previous sales experience (jewelry Experience Preferred) Collaborative skills to make you a strong team player but also positions you as someone who can help drive collective success, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive together in transforming the jewelry industry Benefits: Competitive Salary (50,000 - 60,000) Medical Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Grown Brilliance is an equal-opportunity employer.
