Responsibilities
Contacting/emailing/cold calling businesses to create marketing solutions for them that may include radio, digital assets, events, social media assets and more
Prospect new clients, work with internal support to create and pitch strategic ideas, communicate value, and drive new business development
Grow existing accounts and manage all business aspects of the relationship
Achieve sales goals, attend meetings and training sessions
Learn new products as the industry evolves and proactively create opportunities to communicate the value proposition (Podcasting, Streaming Audio, Streaming Video, digital performance media)
Maintain our CRM tool and use other platforms to perform daily business
Communicate and manage expectations internally and externally while multi-tasking and handling multiple accounts
Build deep business relationships through delivering great service and results
Use attribution capabilities to provide smarter optimizations and ROI improvements
Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications The ideal candidate must :
Possess a hunter mentality with cold calling/prospecting experience
Have a proven ability to negotiate and close with a high level of success, and easily build relationships
Consistently drive game-changing results by identifying, developing, and presenting customized solutions using non-traditional and digital concepts
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and command presentations
Be able to multi-task with strong time management and organizational skills
Be driven and competitive, aiming for high levels of success
Exhibit a "WINNING ATTITUDE"
You Have Experience In
Sales
Fearless approach to generating new business meetings
Digital sales background preferred
Successful track record of new business development
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding defined sales goals
Strategic omni-channel selling
Conceptual understanding of client needs analysis and its benefits
Required
A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle
