Overview

Mechanical Contractor expanding in the Columbus area- commercial, residential and industrial heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems. This Jobot role is hosted by Courtney Hoogervorst. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate building automation and energy services solutions in both the new construction and retrofit markets. Develop long-term business-to-business relationships with BAS customers by providing consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for building control and mechanical systems. Interface with company engineers and technicians to ensure successful project implementation. Provide industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering communities. Call on customers that include but are not limited to data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings. Qualifications

Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Building Controls and/or Mechanical systems experience, or familiarity through education if trainee Professional business-to-business sales experience Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC Experience with Tridium Niagara would be a plus Benefits
