Overview
Full-time BCBA/BCaBA – ABA Therapy for Children with Autism. Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $80.00/hr. This role focuses on supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family-centered approaches. We are seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Early Childhood BCBA/BCaBA to join Finni Health (YC W23). Key Responsibilities (Full-Time)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP). Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Provide direct behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals. Provide training and support to parents and caregivers. Maintain accurate records and data collection. Participate in team meetings and case consultations. Qualifications
Master's or bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB. Experience in early childhood development and education. Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Benefits (Full-Time)
