WasteXperts by Ally Waste is hiring a Waste Tech who drives company pick up trucks and other non-CDL vehicles and equipment. The role requires pride in hard work, teamwork, and making a difference in the community. Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to complete scheduled daily routes. Practice defensive driving, adhere to traffic laws, and ensure safety for other drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. Sort trash, recycling, and compostable materials on-site according to guidelines. Manually compact and redistribute material in bins to maximize space and efficiency. Sweep and maintain trash enclosures, rooms, and chutes. Use equipment and tools to complete assignments (e.g., cell phones, waste caddies, tow hitches, compactors, ladders). Haul bulky items off-site (furniture, equipment, mattresses, etc.). Identify and safely handle hazardous materials as trained. Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel-toe and puncture-resistant boots. Complete scheduled routes with attention to start and completion times. Document services with before-and-after photos as per company procedures. Communicate with team, management, and relevant departments to report/resolved issues and maintain service standards. Submit all required paperwork and reports. Report accidents and incidents immediately per company procedures. Participate in weekly truck inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and residents. Assist with additional duties as needed. Route and Shift Details

Manage daily route assignments, noting start and completion times. Take before/after photos of services performed. Communicate with relevant departments to report/resolve issues and maintain high service quality. Submit appropriate paperwork as required to communicate notes and maintain route assignments. Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM start; overtime as required. Qualifications and Physical Requirements

Valid non-CDL driver’s license and clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations, including handheld device, in the last 3 years). Two conservative years of driving experience in the US. Frequently lift items weighing up to 80 lbs. Push/maneuver dumpsters and compactors weighing over 500 lbs. Safely step in/out of waste containers using a ladder and climb several flights of stairs. Work independently to complete daily assignments and collaborate well in a team. Strong time management skills. Compensation and Benefits
