Quality Test Automation Lead

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. Perform UI automation using Selenium WebDriver. Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman and Rest-Assured. Validate backend data using SQL and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Continuously enhance automation coverage and optimize test scripts. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and maintenance using GitHub Actions. Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development/testing. At least 6+ years in test automation. Strong proficiency in Java for test automation development. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation. Solid understanding of functional testing principles and best practices. Experience with API testing using Postman and Rest-Assured. Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for database validations. Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks. Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management domains. Exposure to cloud-based testing, preferably AWS. Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. Ability to leverage GitHub Copilot for generating and optimizing automated tests. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflow automation. Life at Capgemini
