Behavior Technician
What You Will Do Delivering high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settings
Attending regular staff training and staff development programs
Meeting regularly with Supervisor
Maintaining accurate data collection
Shifts
Part Time 20+ hours per week - Non-Exempt. Schedule TBD
Salary
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $18.61 and $23.75 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Bring to The Table (Requirements) High School Diploma/GED
Experience working with children and families
Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
High ethical standards
Promote positive morale and team cohesion
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers, supervisors, and youths
CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
