The Role Join our established Wealth Preservation practice group in Austin, working closely with practice leadership on sophisticated trust and estate planning matters. You'll advise high-net-worth clients on complex wealth transfer strategies while gaining exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.

Trust and estate planning for business owners and executives
Wealth transfer planning and asset protection strategies
Premarital planning and family wealth structures
Business succession planning and implementation
Administration of trusts and estates
M&A transactions involving family-owned entities and SPACs
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of trusts and estates experience with sophisticated planning matters
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Experience at an AmLaw 200 or comparable sophisticated firm with understanding of BigLaw pace and expectations
Genuine interest in focusing on wealth preservation as a long-term career path
Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
