Job Overview – Contracts Paralegal – 33852 We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Contracts Paralegal
to support the drafting, review, and management of legal contracts and related documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with legal, finance, and business teams. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under attorney supervision. Maintain and organize contract files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Track contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations, and prepare reminders for attorneys and business stakeholders. Assist with due diligence, contract summaries, and the preparation of reports. Research statutes, regulations, and case law related to contractual matters. Liaise with internal departments (finance, HR, operations, procurement, etc.) to support business needs. Support attorneys with litigation preparation, discovery, and other projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information. Requirements
Paralegal certificate or degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on contracts or corporate law. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and contract management software. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management a plus. Additional Job Details
