INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, invites a qualified professional to join our Revenue Cycle team in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will support clinical end-users, IT staff, and vendors to ensure Epic and other clinical applications meet usability, efficiency, and regulatory requirements. Benefits

Implement, configure, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications, including the electronic health record (EHR), clinical decision support systems, and related software. Collaborate with clinical end‑users, IT staff, and vendors to identify opportunities for improving clinical workflows through technology. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure applications meet regulatory requirements and user needs. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Support Epic software upgrades and enhancements, ensuring system changes do not negatively impact workflows or patient care. Monitor and troubleshoot issues with clinical applications, providing timely resolution to minimize impact on patient care and clinician productivity. Stay current with Epic System updates and other clinical application solutions. Work collaboratively with operational and medical staff leaders to implement and align strategic initiatives. Contribute to all phases of the system development life cycle, including development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of healthcare or IT experience. Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology. Epic Certification is required (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Radiant, Cupid, Optime, Anesthesia, Grand Central, or other relevant Epic Apps). Occasional travel may be required. Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences. Knowledge of clinical workflows and experience implementing and supporting clinical software applications. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to clinical staff and stakeholders. Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfacing preferred.
