Passionate about development projects related to Cloud Infrastructure, AI, and Process Improvement? Come join our team! OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Product & Industries is seeking a Principal Software Developer to help us develop AI applications and tools to improve key processes in our growing business. This position will provide the opportunity to define, establish, and implement the latest approaches, as well as work cross collaboratively within the organization. The successful candidate will be well organized and metrics-driven, showing strong initiative and thriving in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. They must also excel at written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical inputs and outputs to business leaders. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities
Implementing the user experience across the development lifecycle from conception through development and maintenance Creating, integrating, and training ML models to meet business requirements Designing algorithms for performance and optimization Driving operational readiness and development features ensuring required capabilities are met Monitoring, debugging and continually improving systems post-deployment Regularly collaborating with business stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to ensure key requirements are integrated into adopted solutions Other relevant duties, as assigned Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field 6+ years of relevant professional experience Demonstrated delivery of systems and services including writing correct, secure, and robust code Possess good working knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Science, GenAI, LLMs and LangChain Deliver code using Python Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently and manage simultaneous projects/tasks Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly Experience with delivering code/solutions in the business process improvement or transformation environments Disclaimer

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Benefits

Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
