Brock & Scott, PLLC, a leading law firm dedicated to Creditors’ Rights, is seeking a licensed Associate Attorney barred in South Carolina to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct document review and related legal research in connection with creditors’ rights matters (remote-based). Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and depositions (in-person appearances may be required within the state of South Carolina). Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters involving creditors’ rights law. Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and firm standards. Maintain compliance with state and federal court requirements. Position Requirements
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in South Carolina. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
