Patent Paralegal
to join our growing team. This is a

open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. About the Role
The Patent Paralegal
will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of U.S. and international patent applications. This individual will play a key role in maintaining deadlines, ensuring accuracy across filings, and facilitating clear communication between clients, attorneys, and patent offices. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file U.S. patent applications, PCT applications, and oversight of foreign filing submissions Monitor and docket prosecution deadlines and communications from the USPTO Prepare and file formal documents, such as Assignments, Declarations, and Powers of Attorney Manage responses to office actions, and other prosecution-related tasks Maintain accurate electronic records in CPI and SharePoint Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and government agencies Assist with portfolio management and reporting as needed Qualifications
Minimum of
3+ years of patent paralegal experience
in a law firm or corporate environment Strong working knowledge of USPTO and PCT rules and procedures Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join Us
