This position offers a hybrid work model and is best suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent legal writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. Duties: Draft and prepare court filings including pleadings, declarations, discovery requests, stipulations, and Requests for Orders. Handle ex parte motions, temporary restraining orders, and initial filings. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to statutes, case law, and relevant legal authorities. Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses. Represent clients at hearings and court appearances with professionalism and advocacy. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and assist lead attorneys in case management. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documents and case strategy. Requirements: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing family law. Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred. Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Certified Family Law Specialist preferred, but not required. Skills: Legal drafting and litigation strategy. Family law court procedure. Discovery management and client communication. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and practice management systems.
