Overview
Intellectual Property (IP) law firm located in North Dallas is seeking a general IP paralegal to support IP counsel with at least three to five years’ patent prosecution experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with the filing and prosecution of U. S. patent applications, audit and manage portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process, assist with internal review and analyzation of documents, conduct research, monitor deadlines, draft responses to office actions, and provide general administrative support to attorneys. Three to five years extensive patent prosecution IP paralegal experience Ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; team player Strong technical skills; formal technical training is a plus Requirements
