Nevada Licensed Litigation Attorney

A law firm with offices nationwide is looking for a Nevada licensed attorney with at least five years of experience litigating to assist with commercial litigation, general litigation and/or personal injury matters on a remote or hybrid basis. This can either be a permanent or contract position. It can also be either a part-time or full-time opportunity depending on what is best for the candidate. Experience handling general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters is required. Minimum Qualifications Of The Nevada Licensed Litigation Attorney 5+ years of legal experience in litigation Excellent communication skills Capability and experience to work independently and with a team Licensed in Nevada Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Position Details Of The Nevada Licensed Litigation Attorney Type of role: Contract or Permanent Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Location: Remote Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
