General Liability Attorney

Our client, a leading national litigation firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated General Liability Associate Attorney to join its growing practice in New York. This opportunity offers flexible office location options and a hybrid work arrangement. It’s a partner-track position with the chance to work on complex, high-exposure litigation in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, and motor vehicle claims Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence Conduct and defend depositions, attend court appearances, and handle motion practice Develop litigation strategies and participate in case evaluations, mediation, and trial preparation Work closely with a collaborative team, including partners, to advance complex litigation matters.
