Job Description:
Desktop Support Candidate to provide support for IT Warehouse and Deployment activities. Experience in an IT/Technology related role (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, Hardware Fulfillment) preferred. Candidate will be responsible for tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system. Primary responsibilities include filling warehouse requests, checking in warehouse inventory, shipping hardware, updating SAP for received and deployed IT hardware, and managing hardware inventory. Additional tasks may include equipment recovery, picking up computers and peripheral equipment from onsite locations, following up with managers of offboarded employees, sending out boxes and FedEx labels for remote users, and processing incoming return equipment while adhering to data retention practices. Responsibilities may also involve deploying computer peripherals, setting up monitors, and imaging computers. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length, and benefits are subject to change.
