Job Description
The Application Analyst II, Business reports to the Leader of the Business Delivery team in support of MUSC’s academic, research and healthcare missions. Under indirect supervision, the Application Analyst II, Business provides a variety of operational, consultative and collaborative functions within Information Solutions. This position assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications, maintaining system updates, and supporting operational end users. Provides proactive and reactive support while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent customer service. Participates in team and project meetings, assists with onboarding of new hires, leads designated projects and provides input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency. Education Requirements A high school diploma and four years directly related experience; or an Associates degree and two years directly related experience; or a Bachelors degree in a related field. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, project leadership and communication skills required. Experience working in PB and/or Epic certification in PB preferred. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform job functions while standing (Continuous). Ability to perform job functions while sitting (Continuous). Ability to perform job functions while walking (Continuous). Ability to climb stairs (Infrequent). Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperature extremes (Frequent/Occasional as noted). Ability to work from elevated areas, in confined/cramped spaces, kneeling, bending, twisting, squatting and performing pinching and fine motor movements (Frequent/Continuous as noted). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted (Infrequent); lift/lower objects from/to floor from/to 36 inches (Infrequent); lift from 36" to overhead 25 lbs (Infrequent); exert up to 50 lbs of force (Frequent). Vision, hearing and color perception requirements as described (Continuous). Ability to maintain tactile sensory functions and deal effectively with stressful situations (Continuous). Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required (Frequent). Ability to work in a latex safe environment and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities
