The NetSuite Administrator will manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it meets All Flex’s business needs while supporting end users and optimizing system functionality. This role includes system administration, user support, testing, and the maintenance of integrations, searches, and workflows. All Flex Solutions, one of the Granite Companies, operates in a cloud-based digital ecosystem that is collaborative and evolving. The NetSuite Administrator will participate in meetings with NetSuite leaders across the Granite Companies and will serve as a member of the NetSuite Administrator User Group, meeting every other month to share ideas and best practices. This is a multi-year digital strategy and transformation initiative. The position is hybrid with a flexible schedule, generous benefits, and paid time off. The Position
Reporting to the IT Director and collaborating closely with the Lead NetSuite Administrator, this person will: Administer the configuration parameters of NetSuite, customize reports and key performance indicators, arrange user training, attend SuiteWorld for best practices, monitor security, and report on system utilization and impact. Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform to meet business needs, support end users, and optimize system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure integrity of the NetSuite environment. Collaborate with peer NetSuite Administrators across the Granite Companies for planning, testing, and implementation of new feature releases. Evaluate new feature requests, develop test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and implement new features. Coordinate testing for system updates, integrations, and enhancements, developing validation plans and checklists. Participate in system upgrade planning and process improvement projects. Attend product/feature webinars and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders. Perform regular audits of roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports to ensure best practices and clean system performance. Key Responsibilities
Perform user management tasks, configuration adjustments, and troubleshoot login/access issues, including 2FA resets and security questions. Monitor NetSuite global changes and biannual releases; communicate upcoming updates, evaluate risks, and oversee testing in Sandbox to ensure quality assurance. Develop, maintain, and optimize saved searches, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics datasets, workflows, and native reports to fulfill data and operational needs. Provide day-to-day technical support to business users through the case/ticketing system, addressing and resolving NetSuite functionality and configuration issues. Identify, document, and resolve system bugs; coordinate with external partners and SuiteScript developers for more complex issues. Debug and resolve minor SuiteScript issues and support more complex bugs with developers as needed. Maintain and support NetSuite integrations (e.g., Engineering PDM system, Pacejet, Avalara, DotSolved). Prepare system reports for audits, compliance, and organizational standards, including regulatory or cybersecurity audits, and perform CSV updates to maintain data integrity. Coordinate and perform testing for system updates, integrations, and enhancements, developing validation plans and checklists. Participate in system upgrade planning, module implementations, and process improvement projects; stay informed on feature releases and communicate updates to stakeholders. Attend SuiteScript-related initiatives and collaborate with Deloitte and other developers on cases and enhancement requests. Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP applications such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Workday (NetSuite preferred). A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Understanding of ERP systems, including workflows, scripting, customizations, queries, and user management. Personal Attributes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve system bugs and technical issues. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external developers. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Salary and Benefits
All Flex offers a competitive base salary in the $75,000 to $95,000 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
