Ensuring the operational running of applications in the production environment 2nd level support & 3rd level coordination Monitoring and performance management Ensuring compliance with SLAs Analysis of weak points / causes (continuous service improvement) and derivation of measures for action The position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß and Bremen. Qualifications

Professional degree and / or comparable training in IT Several years of professional experience in administrating business-critical applications Extensive know-how in IT service management and the design of service processes, as well as knowledge in project management, preferably with certification (ITIL) Initial knowledge of process flows in manufacturing companies and / or logistical processes is desirable Strong initiative and self-motivation Customer and goal oriented, working in team disposition Good communication and presentation skills in German and English Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (20-25%) What we offer you
