Designed specifically for healthcare and non-acute facilities, ENVI streamlines procurement and inventory management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and cost savings. Summary
In this role, you will lead efforts to maintain and enhance the Enterprise Visibility (ENVI) help system. You will curate clear, step-by-step user documentation and lead the development of comprehensive video training series to support end users across all ENVI modules. Responsibilities
Audit and update existing documentation to reflect current ENVI software features and releases. Collaborate on visual design and strategy to prototype a scalable product training series. Create or revise UX design documentation to support cross-functional training. Develop engaging training videos covering all ENVI modules and best practices. Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in training, instruction, or content development preferred. Background in healthcare, supply chain, purchasing, or materials management preferred. Familiarity with help system software like Captivate or MadCap desired. Experience with ENVI or Inventory Optimization Solutions (IOS) desired. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented with a growth mindset and collaborative approach. Estimated Hiring Range
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient offers a comprehensive benefits plan. Please view our benefits here:
