The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational and independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. They follow standard mammography protocols to achieve departmental goals, with an emphasis on productivity, efficiency, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Position Qualifications
ARRT(R) or ARRT registry eligible. ARRT (R)(M) registry and Mammography certified or registry eligible is required. At least three years of experience preferred. Performance Expectations
Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Validation Checklist(s). Meets mutually agreed-upon performance goals and objectives established annually and reviewed quarterly, as listed on the Performance Management Plan (PMP). Monitors patient wait times throughout the shift via the tracker systems and other means to ensure patient wait times are kept at a minimum. Serving our community for the past 40 years, TriStar Southern Hills has been a leader for a wide range of healthcare services. These include emergency services, cardiology, orthopedics and rehabilitation. TriStar Southern Hills is an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center.
