We have been revolutionizing the sleep industry since 1883 and hold the original patent on a spiral steel coil bed spring, filed in 1885. As a Legal Administrator you will have the opportunity to communicate and work with attorneys, service providers, and employees at all levels. Your contributions will support the company’s ability to stay compliant with legal requirements. The team values professionalism, collaboration, and the contributions you will make to the company’s success. We do not require prior paralegal experience as comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate. If you are detail-oriented, interested in corporate law, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and filing corporate disclosure documents Support governance and compliance projects Research, analyze and apply detailed regulations Provide general administrative support to the attorneys in the Legal Department Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience Exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Protect confidentiality of sensitive information Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient in Excel and performing multi-step calculations Plus
