Overview

Senior Manager, Shareholder Reporting Team Lead. This role focuses on regulatory reporting requirements for SEC-registered investment companies and leading a team responsible for implementing new regulatory reporting requirements, improving processes, and introducing automation. The role ensures delivery of accurate and time-sensitive regulatory reports and filings for shareholders and regulators, coaches and mentors staff, and mitigates risk through strong process controls. Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for the implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements and process improvements, including automation where appropriate. Ensure delivery of accurate, time-sensitive regulatory reports and filings required for shareholders and regulators. Coach and mentor staff to achieve high-quality results and adhere to process controls to proactively mitigate risk. Work within a team and under pressure to meet deadlines to support Fidelity’s shareholder reporting solutions for registered funds. Expertise and Skills You Bring (Qualifications)

Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead a team with operational excellence and develop talent for future success. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in financial services—preferably within mutual fund operations, a custodian bank, or an asset manager—focused on financial regulatory reporting or accounting. Deep understanding of risk frameworks, with the ability to design and lead processes ensuring a robust control environment. Innovation-focused mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Effective communicator and influencer, capable of working across management levels to drive high-impact decisions quickly and accurately. Comprehensive understanding of workflows and requirements of internal and external business partners, as well as related systems and applications. Experience assessing operational impacts of initiatives and coordinating operational readiness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities and attention to detail. About the Team

In Shareholder Reporting, we deliver SMART, SIMPLE and SCALABLE shareholder reporting solutions while cultivating talent. The team is part of Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) and is responsible for producing and distributing financial statements, prospectuses, and other fund and legal documents to customers and SEC filings. The role supports reporting solutions for new investment products, regulatory changes, and a brand new technology platform.
